Commercial Litigation: While our client’s directions and decision remain controlling, We feel that the best representation in a litigation is one where the client’s needs are paramount – even if it means advising the client that a litigation is not appropriate and/or should be settled. We will not advise a client to commence or continue a litigation for the sake of litigating and running up fees. We have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in cases ranging from simple collection matters to complex arbitrations.
